Anadeus Finances Lawsuit Against Amazon.com For Patent Infringement


Swedish inventor Louise Delbor has sued Amazon.com (AMZN), in the USA, for infringement of her kitchenware patent U.S. Patent No. 5,725,305. (United States District Court, District of Maine; Case Number: 2:06-cv-46)

Anadeus Ltd, a company that specializes in supporting patent holders in disputes and licenses patents has agreed to finance the litigation for Ms. Delbor.

Antti Kosunen CEO of Anadeus says: “We first filed a complaint against the manufacturer of infringing whisks, Browne CO LTD, and now Amazon.com was also sued to get rightful compensation for the inventor.
